PNYO LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") explains how we handle personal information when you use our services, including information you provide when using applications produced, operated, and managed by the Company.

  1. Collection of Personal Information

    2. The Company collects personal information through appropriate and fair means.

  2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

    3. The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:
    (1) To provide the Company's services
    (2) To provide customer support, contact customers, and inform about products and services
    (3) To use as data for analyzing usage patterns and improving support, after processing it into a form that cannot identify individuals

  3. Limitations on Use

    4. The Company will handle the collected personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, except in the following cases:
    (1) When the customer's consent has been obtained
    (2) When disclosure or provision is required by law
    (3) When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person

    (3) When entrusting personal information of customers using paid services to financial institutions for the purpose of billing for the use of paid services

  6. Management of Personal Information

    7. The Company will manage customers' personal information appropriately and safely.

  7. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

    8. When a customer requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information, the Company will respond to these requests promptly within a reasonable range. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
    (1) When the identity of the person cannot be confirmed by official identification documents, etc.
    (2) When there is a risk of significant interference with the Company's business operations

  8. Revision of Privacy Policy

    9. The Privacy Policy may be revised in whole or in part. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted promptly.
